What is Business Consulting Course?

Hi There Random Person.

I heard on the radio ten minutes ago that when writing an article you shouldn’t “bury the lead.” So I won’t bury the lead. I suppose.

Business Consulting course, A.K.A. BCC, is a source of EMOTIONAL and RELATIONAL tools to apply to the workplace; specifically executives, entrepreneurs, and employees.

The course does cover significant aspects of business logistics (proof of concept, viability, scalability, etc.), but primarily we teach the tools that are holding companies back relationally, emotionally, or even culturally.

Let’s be real, if I hear one more consultant or guru talk about business “cultures” I’m going to throw a fit. YES, we all know it’s about culture. YES, we all want to work for a company with a great culture. OF COURSE, culture dictates happiness, success, and potentially profitability…but who has the real insights to permanently shift a culture?

For all the promises about changing cultures, there is a scant amount of information that directly affects the PEOPLE who are working in the business, and most importantly, the leadership. The reality is that if the leadership has emotional or relational issues, it will inevitably trickle down throughout the company. Their strengths will be the company’s strengths. Their weaknesses will be the company’s weaknesses. It’s not rocket science.

As such, the fortune cookie advice we are given to improve our culture, or communication, or conflicts will only be symptomatic solutions. The issues will inevitably re-arise when a few weeks pass. I call this “motivational speaker syndrome.” It’s terribly easy to feel excited about potential relief or positive growth in a company, but will it be long-term effective?

That’s where Business Consulting Course comes into play. We are positioning ourselves as an equipping center that trains a generation of Business Consultants that do the DEEP DIVE into what is really affecting a business. We focus on the personal and interpersonal issues that will determine the health of a company.

Here’s our mantra. We think that business owners and employees likely know their business better than we do. They likely know their industry more intimately, have real-world experience with their offerings, and have excellent ideas and insights. What we offer is the ability to unlock what is holding a company back!

We’ve found that most issues within companies are not logistical. They’re emotional or relational. As an example, perhaps the owner has a “self-sabotage” spell when too many good things are happening. Or, drama ensues because two people are not being valued or appreciated. Another example is not maintaining objectivity about what is working because we are getting too intimately connected to “our idea.” These are just a few of the poison pills for a company.

When they are addressed and removed, a company is free to build the momentum and success everyone desires. Essentially, we help you and your company to become the most excellent and authentic version of yourselves!

And, we kinda love that.
